If I could give them 0 stars I would. Placed an order on Wednesday for Sunday pick up at my local shoprite. Recieved confirmation of the order. 6pm on Saturday night I call them bc I recieved a text saying my order was not confirmed. They could not confirm my order after more than 45 min of being on the phone/chat w them. My order had to be cx and I was left with nothing 16 hrs before my event. I called to speak to a person, she put me on hold and began texting me instead of talking to me, but still left me on hold. Will never use them again. They left me high and dry with no time to find someone else.

Up to me Thai did a fantastic job catering our event! So much thought was put into making it as easy as possible for us to just unload and eat the food. Each tray was labeled, and we could tear off the label to put in front of each tray so everyone could see what was being served, they included utensils and serving spoons. The food was also great-got tons of compliments.

After multiple emails, a text and during a phone call with a customer service rep the day before confiming my order was on track and all set for DELIVERY, I get an email less than an hour before my order was to be delivered saying they didn’t have any drivers to pick it up and deliver it. No explanation (like maybe something came up with the driver who was scheduled to pick uy up?), literally just *shrug* with the offer to call the restautant to see if they’d deliver it (which I already knew was going to be a no…because when I originally tried to place my large order through their site, I got connected to ezCater). And if the restaurant couldn’t deliver it or if I couldn’t come pick it up they’d have to cancel my order. Huge inconveniece for my husband to have to go pick it up but we had a 16-person brunch party that we needed to feed so had to do it. Got refunded the $30 delivery fee but had to call and request the refund for the driver tip too. Super disappointed and won’t be using ezCater in the future.

Driving for them is a complete nightmare. They are so jumpy about orders not arriving they will cancel them an hour before pick up to ensure orders aren't cancelled. Will also call/message constantly while you are in the middle of delivering orders and setting up. Dispatch micromanages your job and it makes for a terrible work environment.

Great experience with ezCater every time, easy-to-use and easy-to-understand ordering interface. Customer service responded instantly and gave a reimbursement for an incorrect order. Very smooth process.

If I owned the restaurant I work for I would not work with them they give us less the 24 hour notice on catering orders.

Our order was confirmed to arrive at 11:45 a.m. for a noon time lunch for 15. order was delivered at 11 a.m. and each bag was marked '11 a.m.' Food was served room temperature/cold. There was a tremendous amount of packaging that might have been consolidated. It took us a while to unwrap and set up. Food quality was very good.

I used ezCater for an early morning business meeting and was very disappointed that my order never was communicated with the bakery - despite text and emails from ezC that the order was received. The manager at the bakery was confused! I don't blame the bakery - She was very gracious and apologetic and was able to get me the order. But, I was 30 minutes late in getting breakfast to the attendees. I'm not sure I would absolutely try them for an important order.
